Returns and Exchanges
Please note that an exchange is only for the exact same item in a different size. Be aware that our items often sell out very quickly!
- Exchanges must be made within 15 days of the original purchase date.
- The item you are returning must meet all of the return guidelines below.
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be exchanged as long as the original tags are attached.
- Please place a new order for the correct size of the same exact item.
- Ship your return item back to us including your new order number for the exchange inside your return, and we will process a full refund to your credit card (minus any Return Label fees) once we receive the returned item.
- If we are currently sold out of the size you need, we are unable to process an exchange and you should refer to the Return instructions below.
- All Subscription Boxes, Basics, Leggings, Accessories, Swimsuits, and Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange. Items discounted 40% or greater will also be considered Final Sale. No exceptions.
- Returns will be credited with an electronic store credit only for the original purchase price. We do NOT provide cash/credit refunds.
- The term "Clearance" means an item can not be returned or exchanged.
- All returns must be received within 15 days of the original purchase date.
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
- If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 15 days from the order date or that are Clearance, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days.
- All Black Friday orders are marked Final Sale and are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party.
Shipping back your order:
While we always provide free shipping to you, we do not provide free return shipping. You may choose any shipping carrier and we suggest securing insurance or tracking.
- Please utilize the resealable mailer bag for clothing or original box for shoes when possible.

- We don’t require a Return Authorization, but please include your original packing slip inside your return, or you can print off your order confirmation email to place inside.
- We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.
- All returns will be processed within 1-5 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once we have processed it.
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.
- If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days on our Defective Merchandise Form so we may address the issue.
- We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it.
- We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues wherever possible.
We photograph each item and do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors.
