We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked delivered by the Post Office. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location such as a locked box or your place of work where items are not left outside. Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with you package once marked "delivered".
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office.
- FREE US Shipping: All U.S. orders ship for FREE with USPS! Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.
Processing time: Most orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in Arizona (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
Subscription Box Shipping
Deluxe Monogram Boxes, Monthly Monogram Shirts, and Boutique Boxes will ship between the 20th-25th of each month. Please be aware that returned packages due to incorrect address will require additional charges to be resent.
